A little help needed!!

Ok, I don't know if any of you can help out here...

I have a lady friend who I'm trying to advise who is in a rather difficult situation!

Her ex partner took some images of her whilst they were together, some were a little more erotic than others. Since they split he has done the obvious thing and bandied them all over the net :(

He has now told her that unless she removes 2 of the images she displays on her personal site (non erotic ones) he will take her to court.

Now, my understanding of this is that he can't do so. She holds all of the images on disc, and therefore are her intellectual property I would assume?

If any of you know any more on the legalities of this kind of situation, please feel free to let me know as she is very concerned at the moment that he can prosecute her!

I've only ever dealt with photography as a business kind of deal, with model release forms and/or TFCD stuff, so I'm at a loss to be able to advise her very well :(
